Providence Outsourcing India Private Ltd was founded in 2021 primarily to serve UK clients.
The company has an office in Mohali, India.
We have about 550+clients across UK and Netherlands, 90% of which are corporates and HNI
(High net worth individuals) including two well-known Football clubs in South London.
We have an exclusive partnership with a UK practicing firm for whom we manage their entire
back office.
While, we do not have many clients in US but our combined experience in the US domain is
over 20+years spanning across 200 clients. Our clientele was very diverse from different
industries that included clients from consumer Goods, Biotech, SAAS, professional services &
automobile usually funded by VC’s or PE in silicon valley

How did Providence start?

Having worked in a corporate for long period of time, Ankkit wanted to get
something started on his own and an opportunity knocked our door where
some of our former colleagues in UK were setting up their own accounting
firm in UK and we happen to collaborate by becoming their exclusive
outsourcing partner in India.
Even though that was not the first preference because of our exposure to US
but we could not say no to the opportunity and providence was born.

Our mission

Empowering entrepreneurs by simplifying back-office operations. We streamline regulatory compliance and administrative tasks, freeing up time and resources for business growth.

Current state

The company has grown over 4 times in last 3 years and we have team of 26 people here in Mohali, Punjab. Because of our strong experience in US accounting and good face value around the Tricity area, we kept getting inquiries to do certain US projects (to some of them we had to say no) but to some we could not (because of the strong referral) & until very recently we decided to put our focus back to US accounting as our UK operations have more or less stabilized.
